I (12:e, 1:a, 2:a, 3:e månaderna) (2:197; 9:2, 36).
” Innal Hamda, Wan Ne’mata. Lakawal Mulk. La Shareeka Lak”
(Endast Dig tillhör All Prisning och Alla Gåvor, och Endast Dig tillhör Auktoriteten. Du har inga partners.)

Hajj, the right way.
Notis: Det följande är en reproduktion av artikeln ”Hajj (Pilgrimage) – Comprehensive review of Hajj Ritual”
Like all the rituals of Islam, Abraham was the first receiver of Hajj ritual. He passed these rituals from one generation to another. Corruption found its way to these rituals over the years. We are blessed because God sent us a messenger from among us to purify and clarify for us these rituals after a long period of corruption.
[al-Ma’idah 5:19] O people of the scripture, our messenger has come to you, to explain things to you, after a period of time without messengers, lest you say, ”We did not receive any preacher or warner.” A preacher and warner has now come to you. GOD is Omnipotent. [Ibrahim 14:4] We did not send any messenger except (to preach) in the tongue of his people, in order to clarify things for them. GOD then sends astray whomever He wills, and guides whomever He wills. He is the Almighty, the Most Wise.
The Rites of Hajj in the Quran
1. The commencement of Hajj
[2:189] They ask you about the phases of the moon! Say, ”They provide a timing device for the people, and determine the time of Hajj.” It is not righteous to beat around the bush; righteousness is attained by upholding the commandments and by being straightforward. You shall observe GOD, that you may succeed. The 12th month of the Islamic calender is called Zul-Hijja and it is the first of the four consecutive months 12th , 1st , 2nd and 3rd during which God decreed the Hajj. The birth of the new moon of the month of Zu Al-Hijja signals the beginning of the four months of Hajj.
2. The Duration of Hajj
The duration of Hajj is given in 2:197 which reads:
”Hajj shall be observed in the specified months. Whoever sets out to observe Hajj shall refrain from sexual intercourse, misconduct, and arguments throughout Hajj. Whatever good you do, GOD is fully aware thereof. As you prepare your provisions for the journey, the best provision is righteousness. You shall observe Me, O you who possess intelligence.”
Some of the Muslim scholars corrupted the law of God and reduced the time of Hajj from four months to the first ten days of the 12th month. They’ve justified their claims by corrupting the meaning of verses such as: ”….They shall commemorate God’s name during the specified days” 22:28 ”……You shall commemorate God for a number of days” 2:203
They deliberately ignored the fact that Hajj itself can be completed in few days but observed during the four specified months. The example of fasting the month of Ramadan, makes it clear as God describes this fasting also as specific days although the ritual of fasting is for the whole month.
[2:184] Specific days (are designated for fasting); if one is ill or traveling, …..”3. Abstentions (Ehraam) during Hajj
a) Hunting
Hunting is prohibited during Hajj:
”You shall not permit hunting throughout Hajj pilgrimage. GOD decrees whatever He wills.” 5:1
See also 5:2 and 5:95
b) War and fighting
All warfare is prohibited in the Sacred months of Hajj except in self defence:
”They ask you about the Sacred Months and fighting therein: say, ‘Fighting therein is a sacrilege.” 2:217
c) Sexual intercourse, misconduct and arguments prohibited:
”….Whoever sets out to observe Hajj shall refrain from sexual intercourse, misconduct, and arguments throughout Hajj.” 2:197
d) The cutting of the hair
During Hajj, Abstaining from cutting one’s hair is a requirement as per 2:196
”You shall observe the complete rites of Hajj and `Umrah for GOD. If you are prevented, you shall send an offering, and do not resume cutting your hair until your offering has reached its destination.” 2:196
4. The ‘Tawaaf’ (circling the Ka’bah)
Tawaaf is mentioned in the following verse:
[22:29] ”They shall complete their obligations, fulfill their vows, and visit the ancient shrine (Tawaaf).”5. The Safa and Marwah
[2:158] The knolls of Safa and Marwah are among the rites decreed by GOD.Anyone who observes Hajj or `Umrah commits no error by traversing the distance between them.If one volunteers more righteous works, then GOD is Appreciative, Omniscient.”6. Mount Arafat and Muzdalifah
These two rites are mentioned in 2:198:
”When you file from `Arafaat, you shall commemorate GOD at the Sacred Location (of Muzdalifah).”
7. The symbolic stoning of Satan:
The stoning ceremonies symbolize rejection of Satan polytheism and are done by throwing 7 pebbles at each of three stations while glorifying God. (15:34). The messenger of the covenant confirmed the stoning as part of Hajj as much as he confirmed that the Hajj is four months and named these months for us. For Questions about stoning from our readers, please click here.
8. Mena
The visit to Mena is mentioned in the following verse:
”You shall commemorate God for a number of days (in Mena). Whoever who hastens to do this in two days commits no sin, and whoever stays longer commits no sin, as long as righteousness is maintained.” 2:203
9. Animal Offerings
The animal offerings during hajj, see 22:36
[22:36] ”The animal offerings are among the rites decreed by GOD for your own good. You shall mention GOD’s name on them while they are standing in line. Once they are offered for sacrifice, you shall eat therefrom and feed the poor and the needy. This is why we subdued them for you, that you may show your appreciation.”The idolatrous rituals that violate the Quran
1. The ‘Black stone’
At one corner of the Kaaba, traditional Muslims seek the blessing of a black stone. Such practice has no support in the Quran. It was innovated by someone through the hadiths books.
2. The water of ‘Zamzam’
There is nothing in our religion that makes of Zamzam water any blessed water than any other water. Many of the Hajj visitors claim all kinds of blessings and cure by this water on no basis. We should remember to give all the qualities of cure and blessings to God Almighty, not to a cup or a can of Zamzam water.
3. The shortening of the Noon and Afternoon Salat
This custom has no quranic basis, on the contrary, God in the Quran very clearly tells us when we need to shorten the salat, i.e. during war.
[4:101] ”When you travel, during war, you commit no error by shortening your Contact Prayers (Salat), if you fear that the disbelievers may attack you. Surely, the disbelievers are your ardent enemies.”3. Hajj by Deputisation!
God asserts the fact that each soul will be held accountable only to what it has done.
[53:39] ”Every human being is responsible for his own works”.In spite of these clear assurances in the Quran, we find Muslims today doing Hajj and Umrah for their dead relatives. They do that in accordance with various alleged hadiths that claim you can do Hajj, fast Ramadan, and also give Zakat on behalf of your dead relatives! These hadiths are in direct contradiction to the Quran and cannot originate from the prophet Muhammed who followed the Quran.
4. Women not allowed to do Hajj without a Mihrim!
This practice has no Quranic basis.
5. Women (during menstruation) deprived of their Prayers, (and thus not completing Hajj rituals)!
This restriction has no basis in the Quran and deprive the women of an essential part of their religious practice.
6. Visiting the Prophet’s Tomb in Medina:
Unfortunately, most of today’s Muslims make ita custom to visit the Prophet Muhammed’s tomb, in the masjid that carries his name in Medina. By doing that they are committing the most flagrant acts of idolatry and thus nullify their Hajj.
Hajj is meant to be for GOD ALONE. Hajj is older than the prophet Muhammed himself. Abraham and his descendants performed Hajj, they did not have a prophet’s tomb to visit. The prophet Muhammed himself did his Hajj the correct way without dedicating his Hajj to anyone else besides God.
The Quran consistently talks about ”The Sacred Mosque,” while today’s Muslims talk about ”The Two Sacred Mosques”! In a glaring act of idolatry, these Muslims have set up Muhammed’s tomb as another ”Sacred Mosque”! This is blasphemous violation of the Quran and ironically, even violates Hadith. It is interesting to know that traditional Muslims claim to believe in a sahih (confirmed) hadith in which the prophet Muhammed declared that God cursed the Jews and the Christians because they built places of worship around their prophet’s tombs.
The price of abandoning God’s Law
Because many Muslims abandoned God’s laws for Hajj many problems and disaster have been happening in and around the Hajj season.
If Hajj is spread over the four months as commanded by God in the Quran all the millions of Muslims who wish to make it to Hajj would have had a fair chance to do so. The overcrowding with all its multiple problems and difficulties will be be eliminated.
Allahu Akbar
Questions about the symbolic stoning of Satan during Hajj
Notis: Det följande är en reproduktion av artikeln ”Questions about the symbolic stoning of Satan during Hajj”
We received some questions about why the stoning of Satan is part of Hajj when it is not particularly mentioned by name in the Quran. We chose one of these questions that were repeated by some of our readers and included the reply to them.
<< Why do you count stoning as part of Hajj when it is not mentioned in the Quran per se! >>
Signed, Concerned A.H.
Dear Concerned A.H.;
Yes, stoning is NOT mentioned in the Quran. All the rituals of Islam (Submission) were given to Abraham and he passed them down from one generation to the next generation. Only the details of whatever needs to be corrected, modified or emphasised are mentioned in the Quran. As you realize from reading the Quran, stoning is not mentioned, neither is the number of Rakaat in every salat, neither the percentage of Zakat, neither is the form and manner of performing the Friday prayer, neither the number of prostration in each rakat in each salat, neither the Quranic sura to read during our salat, neither the name of the months during which Hajj is permitted, neither the small details of performing Hajj….etc
All these rituals were protected by God since He is the One who decided to pass them down in this manner. God’s messengers will then have the responsibility to confirm or not these rituals. The rituals themselves are mentioned by name in the Quran leaving the small details for the generations to inherit them from their previous generation. The messenger of the covenant confirmed stoning as a valid part of the practice of Hajj.
The same messenger of the covenant showed us from the Quran that all Islamic rituals were given to Abraham and then were passed down from one generation to another. Quran therefore did not go into the details of all these rituals but ordered the believers to obey and follow the messenger. Muhammed confirmed to his generation what is correct from these rituals and so did the messenger of the covenant. The believers never consider the Quran incomplete because they understand that fact and that the rituals were delivered to us several generations before the Quran.
If you refuse the stoning of satan during Hajj although the messenger confirmed it, then you should reject as well the number of rakat in the salat, the percentage of Charity in Zakat, the form and manner of performing the Friday prayers, the recitation of Fatiha in Salat and the specific months of Hajj…etc. None of these are mentioned in the Quran but confirmed by the messenger of the covenant as correct.
Following Quran alone does not mean to reject what the messenger confirmed. He did not add anything to any rituals in Islam but he removed what needed to be removed and confirmed the rest to be correct. It is our duty to pass these information from our generation to the next one just like we received the same information from the generation before us, corrected and confirmed by the messenger of the covenant.
We do not agree with the traditional sunni Muslims because they did not follow Muhammed, and not because they did. Had they followed the messenger they would not have corrupted Islam.
While Quran talks about the four sacred months, it does not name them. While Quran mentions the mountain of Arafat, it does not mention what to do with it. The reason is that God knows these practices are already passed down to us. With the messenger of the covenant confirming the practice of stoning, we have to accept it since it does not violate any rules in the Quran. God commanded us to seek refuge in Him from Satan whenever we read the Quran which can be every day and several times /day. This is not to remember Satan instead of GOd. Stoning Satan is another reminder of who is trying to deceive us in this life and is not a way to remember Satan instead of God as some naive people suggested.
In 2:128 we see Abraham and Ismail implore God to teach them ”THE RELIGIOUS PRACTICES OF ISLAM”
”As Abraham raised the foundation of Kaaba, together with Ismail, they prayed,’Our Lord, accept this work from us; You are the Hearer, the Omniscient. Our Lord, and make us Muslims (Submitters) to You and from our descendants let there be a nation of Muslims (Submitters) to you; AND TEACH US HOW TO PRACTICE OUR RELIGIOUS DUTIES, and redeem us; You are the Redeemer, the Merciful'” 2:127-128
Yes, we uphold Quran alone and follow the correction of the rituals that were confirmed by the messenger of God, as we accepted his other confirmation of our salat and Zakat.
We will not fall into idol-worship of the messenger, if we understand his duties, but we can easily fall into idol-worship by following those good friends’ opinion even when they think they got it from the Quran.
God gave us several examples of good friends who thought they would follow the Quran alone and question the teaching of the rituals by the messenger of God. On that basis they already, corrupted the salat and Zakat as confirmed by the messenger of the covenant. We will not accept a change from another good friend to corrupt the Hajj rituals after God sent a messenger with hundreds of proofs, to confirm for us what to keep and what to discard.
We learned from the Quran ALONE to accept and trust the messenger and to worry about all these good friends who are sprouting everyday since the messenger died who think they were chosen to correct the mistakes that the messenger made.
NOT A SINGLE time does God mention in the Quran the story of a messenger leaving his people a corrupted message. Never did God say He sent another Messenger (not a good friend) to correct the mistakes of a previous messenger.
Moses did not corrupt Judaism, but the people who came after him corrupted it by changing what Moses told them to do.
Jesus did not corrupt Christianity, but those who came after him (many good friends) did corrupt it by refusing to do what Jesus told them to do.
Muhammed did not corrupt Islam, but all those good friends who came after him (with their good intentions) corrupted Islam, by not doing what Muhammed did and told them to do.
Why should we believe that the messenger of the covenant will be a unique case. We already have some (good friends) who spread many corruptions already. And all of them by the way, sing, Quran alone.
If we cannot appreciate the MERCY of God in sending a messenger to us to purify us, clear things for us and teach us what we did not know, 3:164 then we do not deserve him.
Animal sacrifice in the Quran
Notis: Det följande är en reproduktion av artikeln ”Animal sacrifice in the Quran”
We always reeieve questions about animal sacrifice specially around the time of Hajj and becasue of what has become a tradition of celebrating Eid Al Adha on the tenth of Zul-Hijja. The following is a questin adn a reply to this matter as detailed in the Quran.
Dear Sir,
Salaam.
I know that your website has helped many people clear their doubts and be guided by the grace of God. Anyway, I completed one year of being a submitter, and celebrated it by commemorating God day and night. A year ago, by the wish of God, the homepage of your website miraculously appeared on my screen, after a search task. Since then, there’s no looking back. I would like to share my joy with submitters all over the world, and would especially appreciate and thank submission.org for all the effort and faith in God Almighty. Please send me some information about the animal sacrifice that is offered on a day called Eid Al Azha (Bakri Eid) that many so-called Muslims celebrate.
What festivals do you celebrate as a submitter?
Thanks for your support,
A happy submitter to GOD ALONE.
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Thank you for your kind words on our site and for your prayers. You surely know that all thanks and praise is due only to God.
Any day could be a day of festivity for a submitter. Like the way you celebrated the first anniversary of being a submitter. (I must say you did a very good job with your celebration, Alhamdullilah.) Different people could have different days and different reasons for celebrations. The only thing we as submitters to God have to be careful here is not to attribute or fabricate any falsehood to God.
Some information on animal sacrifice:
Animal sacrifice done on the day called Eid Al Azha (Bakri Eid) that many so-called Muslims celebrate is like many others acts an innovation falsely attributed to God. Sacrifice is required to be done only by the pilgrims during Hajj or if someone made an intention to do hajj but could not do it for any reasons. There is no requirement on those not doing Hajj to sacrifice any animal, as is traditionally done. This is an innovation.
[2:196]* You shall observe the complete rites of Hajj and`Umrah for GOD. If you are prevented, you shall send an offering, and do not resume cutting your hair until your offering has reached its destination. If you are ill, or suffering a head injury (and you must cut your hair), you shall expiate by fasting, or giving to charity, or some other form of worship. During the normal Hajj, if you break the state of Ihraam (sanctity) between `Umrah and Hajj, you shall expiate by offering an animal sacrifice. If you cannot afford it, you shall fast three days during Hajj and seven when you return home – this completes ten – provided you do not live at the Sacred Masjid. You shall observe GOD, and know that GOD is strict in enforcing retribution.*2:196 See the details of Hajj and `Umrah in Appendix 15.
The other reasons where animal sacrifice is in the order is when the state of Ihraam is violated between Umrah and Hajj and when a game animal is killed during pilgrimage.
[5:95] O you who believe, do not kill any game during pilgrimage. Anyone who kills any game on purpose, his fine shall be a number of livestock animals that is equivalent to the game animals he killed. The judgment shall be set by two equitable people among you. They shall make sure that the offerings reach the Ka`bah. Otherwise, he may expiate by feeding poor people, or by an equivalent fast to atone for his offense. GOD has pardoned past offenses. But if anyone returns to such an offense, GOD will avenge it. GOD is Almighty, Avenger. Some history from Quran on the animal sacrifice done during Hajj:
Abraham was allowed to be tested by Satan, of course by God’s leave, whereby Abraham mistook a dream from Satan to be from God.
(sub-title) Satanic Dream*
[37:102-103] When he grew enough to work with him, he said, ”My son, I see in a dream that I am sacrificing you. What do you think?” He said, ”O my father, do what you are commanded to do. You will find me, GOD willing, patient.” They both submitted, and he put his forehead down (to sacrifice him).*37:102 The Most Merciful never advocates evil (7:28). As with Job, Satan claimed that Abraham loved his son too much, and was permitted to put Abraham to that severe test.
We understand from the aforesaid verses that Abraham believed the dream commanding him to sacrifice his son to be from God, when in fact it was from Satan as God does not advocate evil. We also know that Abraham has been cited in the Quran as an exemplary vanguard in submission to God alone.
[16:120] Abraham was indeed an exemplary vanguard in his submission to GOD, a monotheist who never worshiped idols. He is also known as God’s chosen friend in 4:125. Since Abraham was a submitter to God alone, God intervened and protected Abraham and Ismail from such a heinous act.
[37:104] We called him: ”O Abraham. [37:105] ”You have believed the dream.” We thus reward the righteous. [37:106] That was an exacting test indeed. [37:107] We ransomed (Ismail) by substituting an animal sacrifice. [37:108] And we preserved his history for subsequent generations. As we see above, God willed to preserve this history of Abraham and Ismail. It demonstrates their absolute submission to God alone. And this preservation is done through the ritual of animal sacrifice during Hajj.
[22:36] The animal offerings are among the rites decreed by GOD for your own good.* You shall mention GOD’s name on them while they are standing in line. Once they are offered for sacrifice, you shall eat therefrom and feed the poor and the needy. This is why we subdued them for you, that you may show your appreciation.I hope this will be helpful, Insha Allah.
May God bless and be with you always.
